We have all heard about an upcoming artist. Njenga wa Kinyanjui, like he loves calling himself is surely the next big thing.

Njenga is a twenty three year old guy who  has decided to  move away from anything that may hinder him from achieving what he wants to working hard and going for it. At such a young age, he has produced some of his own music which he has uploaded in you tube with the help of no other but himself.

Fried Kales

Ingredients Kales Oil Salt Onion Method . Wash and cut the kales. Heat the oil Peel, wash and dice the onion into sizeable sizes. Fry until golden brown. Add in the kales, season and cover to cook. Stir well and cook again. Serve hot.

Pawpaw juice

Ingredients Water Pawpaw Sugar Method Boil water and add sugar together and remove to make syrup. Wash the pawpaw. Peel, remove seeds and the inner layer of pawpaw. Mash the pawpaw and pass through the sieve to prevent it firm the suspension into the syrup. Add in the juice extracts. Strain the juice and add flavour. Keep it in a cold place to cool quickly. Serve cold
