Side fat exercises.

I know you have met more than ten people with hanging side fat on your way to school, work or anywhere else. Truly, the sight is not appealing to look at and many of us have the same fat on our body. You'll try fitting in in a blouse that you wore some years back and even some months ago only to have the side fat clinging and bulging out of your top.

This side fat is caused by many things but the most of  the factors that lead to it is diet and lack of  exercise. When was the last time you hit the gym or even tried to do a home based exercise? I'm sure you don't remember and if you do, you better keep it up and try even harder.

Most of us want to look pretty, beautiful in ever dress that we wear but we've never tried to exercise for it. It's high time you hit the gym and stop procrastinating. Here are some exercises that will help burn that side fat on your body:

GG Kariuki is dead.

Laikipia senators Godfrey Gitahi Kariuki, also known as GG Kariuki is dead. He passed on yesterday, Thursday night at Nairobi Hospital at the age of 79. He was first elected to Parliament in May 1963. He served as a cabinet minister in both the Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel Moi government. He has also served the public in all the four governments. He wrote an autobiography detailing his political career titled illusion is power: fifty years in Kenya politics . Kenyan leaders have sent forward their condolences and I also pray that his soul rest in eternal peace. The president have a speech and some other leaders tweeted.
