Ingredients Water Pawpaw Sugar Method Boil water and add sugar together and remove to make syrup. Wash the pawpaw. Peel, remove seeds and the inner layer of pawpaw. Mash the pawpaw and pass through the sieve to prevent it firm the suspension into the syrup. Add in the juice extracts. Strain the juice and add flavour. Keep it in a cold place to cool quickly. Serve cold

Ingredients 1/4 kg of fish fillets A pinch of salt 1 tomato. 3tsp flour Method Cut into a neat piece of 3inches wide by 5inches long. Wash and cut the tomato. Rub the fish with tomato to give flavour. Coat the fish with the mixture of the dry ingredients to season. Put in a steamer or on a plate on top of boiling food or water. Steam until well cooked ,45-60 minutes to steam. Chop parsely and garnish to make it attractive. Serve hot with parsely sauce as the accompaniment.

Ingredients Orange Water Method Boil water and sugar together and remove to make syrup. Wash the oranges and grate the rind to prevent a bitter taste. Add the rind into the syrup to attract flavour. Cut the oranges into half rounds to ease squeezing of juice. Add in the juice extract. Strain the juice and flavour to add flavour. Keep in a fridge, a pot or sufuria with cold water to cool quickly.

Ingredients Eggs Oil/fat Salt. Method Break the eggs separately to check for freshness and beat. Heat the fat/oil. Drop the egg and sprinkle salt to season. Turn over and let it to cook on  both sides Remove when it set. Garnish and serve hot to improve appearance.

Ingredients Potatoes Water Salt Margarine Method Peel, wash and boil the potatoes until cooked to make it easy to mash. Drain well and add in the margarine. Mash well until smooth. Add flavour and nutrients. Serve  attractively. Garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients Flour Water Method Boil the water to avoid formation of lumps. Add half of the flour and stir while maintaining a light heat. Stir well until well cooked. Add the rest of the flour little by little, stirring all the time to achieve the right texture. Stir well to avoid white patches. Keep turning it. Taste to ensure it is ready. Shape as desired. Garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients Spaghetti Water Salt Method Boil the water. Break the spaghetti to desired length and add them into the boiled water. Add salt to steam. You can add a colour. Lower the heat and cool until soft for 12 minutes. Drain off the water. Garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients French beans Carrots Salt Onion Fat Method Wash and dice the French beans. Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Peel, wash and slice the onions. Fry the onions until golden. Add in the carrots, stir and fry for two minutes. Add the French beans and stir well. Add water and salt to taste. Cook until ready. Serve hot.

Ingredients Passion fruits Water Sugar. Method Wash the passion fruits. Cut into halves and remove the seeds. Boil water and add the sugar. Remove syrup and leave to cool. Sieve the passion juice and add the cold syrup. Make the juice and add sugar to taste. Wait to chill. Serve cold
