Mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes
Water
Salt
Margarine

Method

Peel, wash and boil the potatoes until cooked to make it easy to mash.
Drain well and add in the margarine.
Mash well until smooth. Add flavour and nutrients.
Serve  attractively.
Garnish and serve hot.
