Method
Boil the water to avoid formation of lumps.
Add half of the flour and stir while maintaining a light heat.
Stir well until well cooked.
Add the rest of the flour little by little, stirring all the time to achieve the right texture.
Stir well to avoid white patches. Keep turning it.

Shape as desired.
