Ingredients

French beans
Carrots
Salt
Onion
Fat

Method
Wash and dice the French beans.
Wash, peel and dice the carrots.
Peel, wash and slice the onions.
Fry the onions until golden.
Add in the carrots, stir and fry for two minutes.
Add the French beans and stir well.
Add water and salt to taste.
Cook until ready.
Serve hot.
