Ingredients

Eggs
Oil/fat
Salt.

Method

Break the eggs separately to check for freshness and beat.
Heat the fat/oil.
Drop the egg and sprinkle salt to season.
Turn over and let it to cook on  both sides
Remove when it set.
Garnish and serve hot to improve appearance.
