Fried Kales

Ingredients

Kales
Oil
Salt
Onion

Method.

Wash and cut the kales.
Heat the oil
Peel, wash and dice the onion into sizeable sizes.
Fry until golden brown.
Add in the kales, season and cover to cook.
Stir well and cook again.
Serve hot.
